Fat burning cardio. the other day I received an e-mail from one of my clients. This client is working with a physical appearance that program where you incorporate strength training with cardio training. he current practice in her home with some very basic equipment (basic bench and standard 110 pound weight set).

He expressed a concern about his cardio portion of the program. He told me that he had no access to any cardio equipment with many gyms, such as exercise bikes, tread mills and elliptical cycles. obviously he is not heard in the course of muscle conditioning body weight exercises that can be do for cardio work. I explained to him that all you need for your cardio work is your own body weight.
